Do I need BASIX or NatHERS?
That depends on the proposed development and approval pathway. We can review the project and identify the applicable requirements.
What is the difference between Section J and JV3/J1V3?
Section J includes prescriptive deemed-to-satisfy provisions for relevant building classes. JV3/J1V3 is a performance verification pathway based on comparative modelling under the applicable NCC edition. We advise which pathway suits the project.
How long does an assessment take?
Timing varies with project complexity and the completeness of the drawings. We confirm a proposed turnaround in the fee proposal.
